Chair Classes
Blended Chair Plus Mat:
For those comfortable with standing and using a chair as a prop.
We’ll begin with a chair for the opening and perhaps the closing relaxation periods. We will work on our respective core strengthening and flexibility. We’ll end with relaxation using poetry and thoughts.
Chair Only:
For those not sure if standing brings comfort, using a walker, cane, or wheelchair. Guaranteed to lift the spirit and body. Strengthen your muscles and enhance your flexibility while having fun. Begin and end with relaxation, poetry or thought for the day.
Evening
Using only the mat with a delightful, warming opportunity to unwind from the day. Meditation, playful asanas and poses are included. Intended to strengthen muscles, enhance breathing to sustain endurance, with closing relaxation.
Private Session
This includes a full hour to focus on particular focus points unique to each student.

Claudette began to study Blended Exericse/Yoga as a discipline to become registered. She formally completed the study and graduated RYT/ Registered Yoga Teacher, from the Namaste Yoga Studio, under the/then Director- Ms. Linda Makowski.
Claudette completed a Teacher Training Course at Yoga Chakra Foundation in Rishikesh, India 2007. She deeply appreciates guidance from longtime mentors: Ms. Gail Twitty and Mrs. Tamara Lee.
